Many thanks to Lenore at Presenting Lenore and her husband, Daniel! Daniel is a published illustrator who agreed to create a graphic for her (and me! and all of us!) for the LT Author Challenge. Is that Emmy reading a book written by a LibraryThing Author?!
Here’s the list of books I hope to read and review for the challenge:
- The 19th Wife by David Ebershoff
- Whale Song by Cheryl Kaye Tardif
- Transported by Tim Jones
- Guernica: A Novel by Dave Bolin
- Janeology by Karen Harrington
- The Middle-Aged Man and the Sea by Christopher Meeks
That’s two LT Author books a month, in addition to my “regular” schedule for reviewing, book groups, etc. I think I’m up for the challenge!

I totally have to do this. I have a lot of books by LT authors in my TBR piles and I’ll probably be adding more soon. One of mine will also be The Middle-Aged Man and the Sea. =) I’ll work on a challenge post tomorrow …
I just posted my review of Christopher Meeks second short story collection “Months and Seasons”on my blog yesterday.
It was so good I just have to read “The Middle-Aged Man and the Sea” now. It won an award I hear. I hope I can find a copy on Bookmooch or swap with someone.
I’m enjoying your blog very much and have bookmarked it as a favourite.
Now I’m off to find out what the LT author challenge is all about. Thanks.
Meghan and Sandra – I do hope you’ll join us. I should have my sidebar listing up and running this weekend; I’ve been having “widget difficulties” but will get some time to sort it out!
