What I listen to depends on the run: long run (1 hour +) is an audio book. Short run is music.

I enjoy Papercuts, when I get around to reading it.

I listen to “Wait Wait Don’t Tell Me”, the weekly NPR news quiz, and “Savage Lovecast”, the podcast version of Dan Savage’s sex advice column. They’re both once a week, but I tend to let several weeks’ worth build up, and then listen to them all in one burst.
