I will be writing reviews of the others when my health is up to it. Take care. That's my sixth book for the challenge. It's very good, I recommend it. I participated in the author interview by Book Club Girl on Blog Talk Radio which is available for anyone to listen to. I want to read her other novel now, Love Walked In. I recommend them, though I'm not up to writing a full review at the present time. That's 5 books read for this year's challenge so far. I have also acquired copies of Into the Beautiful North by Luis Alberto Urrea, Belong to Me by Marisa De Los Santos, and Houston, We Have a Problema by Gwendolyn Zepeda. The number of good books by LT Authors is increasing rapidly. A lot more choices than last year, remember? I hope your health has been better than mine this year. Take care. I have read Mudbound***** by Hillary Jordan. It has been given the Bellwhether Prize, which was create by Barbara Kingsolver. Great book. And I have read The Broken Book***+ by Susan Johnson, an Australian writer who is an LT member. It was on the longlists for The Miles Franklin Award and one other award I believe. It was a good enough story but I did not find anything really outstanding about it, sorry to say. I have started Christopher Meeks novel and will be writing a full review for that one soon.
