Let’s talk about generous – Hachette Audio has offered THREE copies of David Baldacci’s The Whole Truth! This is an unabridged version, read by Ron McLarty.
I haven’t yet listened to my copy (I listen while running, and I’ve got a couple dozen miles to finish before I get to this one!), so I’m giving you the publisher’s summary:
“Matt, I need a war.”
So begins David Baldacci’s new book–a thriller unlike any he’s written before. “Matt” is Mathew Pender, of Pender Associates–a shadowy organization that specializes in managing seemingly impossible situations for its clients. Sometimes, those services extend to managing–and creating–armed conflict. When Matt Pender is asked by his client–the largest defense contractor in the world–to manipulate two nations against each other, a shocking and surprising series of events are set in motion that will possibly bring the world to the brink of World War III.*
In this epic thriller with a global backdrop, David Baldacci delivers all the twists and turns, compelling characters, and can’t-put-it-down pacing that readers have come to expect from this master storyteller.
Sounds great, doesn’t it?!? I’m going to be moving faster when I listen to this one, I can tell!
To get in on the running for this giveaway (no, I couldn’t resist the pun!), tell me what makes you move faster — is it listening to music while you clean the house? making a list and rewarding yourself when you’re done? setting a timer and playing beat the clock? Give me a tip to get off my seat and get it done (whatever “it” may be!). Leave your comment below, I’ll announce 3 winners on 3/30 … 1, 2, 3 GO!
Almost forgot to add … giveaway is open to US and Canada mailing addresses only; no P.O. Boxes

For me it’s definitely making a list. A get a great deal of satisfaction out of marking through an item I’ve completed. Thanks for hosting this giveaway.
Listening to music is the most calming thing for me. I’ll blast the music and dance around while I’m cleaning and before I know it, I’m done.
It’s a list for me. As I cross things off I feel so much better and more motivated for the next thing. Thinking though that when I’m done I’ll get to relax with a good book helps too. I’d love to win this audio. Thanks for the giveaway Dawn.
I’m all about challenges and rewards. I tell myself “I bet you can get that done in 20 minutes” or “Clean two shelves in the refrigerator” or whatever. Then I think up little rewards for myself – usually X number of pages in a current favorite book or visit a couple of favorite blogs. My brain just has to play challenge games with my body to get anything done.
David Baldacci is a favorite author of mine with the exception of his last book. I was disappointed in the last third of the book and said so in my blog. He or someone from his staff visited my blog and read that. Now I really hope this next one is great so I can redeem myself.
Thanks for sponsoring the give-away, Dawn.
For me it is a list also.
Thanks!

I’m also a lister! ALthough music helps too. And listened to a book when I’m out for a walk always makes we walk longer
Wen I’m wanting to get things done I blast Lenny Kravitz, Guns N Roses, U2 or the Beatles!!
It gets me moving and I do things quicker……and with a little rythm also lol
Thanks, this would be awesome to win!
This would be cool if I won this.
God bless our troops
Great giveaway!
For me, it’s rewards. If I clean for a half an hour, then I can read for a half an hour. Somehow, I always seem to do more reading than cleaning though….
Putting on some fast paced music while I am either exercising or cleaning house helps me keep up to speed and get it done. Also having a cup of coffee before I start out–maybe the caffine rush does it.
what gets me moving is music…how did you know…particularly loud, complex music with a great number of instruments and maybe even two layers of vocals. One of my favorites is Tool. The other one I will mention is Godsmack simply because I’ve seen them in concert so many times and can really pump up a crowd. That’s how I get motivated to do spring cleaning, which involves dusting…which I cannot stand because of my allergies…music also helps me get into workout mode, etc.
thanks for the giveaway. savvyverseandwit AT gmail DOT com
While doing chores around the house, I subscribe to the Fly Lady way of thinking – you can do anything for 15 minutes! So, I set my timer & off I go. I switch up on what I’m doing for each 15 minute interval so I don’t get bored.
Please count me in – Thanks!

I would love a chance to listen to this audio. What makes me move faster is when I am out of time. I wait until the last minute to leave the house then I have to run to get where I need to be. Please include me.
Thanks
Debbie
