*The Wednesday Sisters* selected for book clubs by Borders and Target

wednesday-sistersMeg Waite Clayton’s novel The Wednesday Sisters has been selected by Target as the Target Bookmarked Club pick for the summer, with special Bookmarked editions now available in Target stores nationwide.  Target chooses books that “stir discussion – and linger with you long after the reading is done.”

The novel is also a Borders Book Club Selection.

The Wednesday Sisters is now available in paperback … what are you waiting for?!?

I don’t know what I am waiting for. The book is sitting here on my shelf and has since my husband gave it to me for Christmas! I do really want to read it. Truly. There are just too many! And I can’t read fast enough.

  • I have been consistently impressed with Target’s selections. Who would have thought?!!!

  • A while back, I won a copy of The Wednesday Sisters from a blog giveaway (can’t remember which blog, sadly). It’s been sitting on Mt. TBR since… maybe I should dig it out and read it soon?

It’s too bad we don’t have a Target here, I like their book section a lot better than our Walmart’s.

  • Kim – “just can’t read fast enough” … ain’t it the truth!?

rhapsody – I wonder who the book buyer is … what his/her background is

Kool-Aid Mom – I’ll admit we’re spoiled by many great bookstores near me. Closer than the nearest Target, too!

  • I have no excuse! I have this book and although I did start reading it awhile back, I never finished. I think this is the perfect time for me to get back to it! Thanks for reminding me!

  • Great to know this one is now in paperback and will be the Target pick. You are absolutely right, now there is no excuse!!
