I used to keep cake mixes on hand when the kids were all at home. They are easy to use (even by older kids) and there was always something going on at the last minute. The Cake Doctor's recipes generally work and I'm sure this cookbook is no exception. I tend to bake from scratch, but I like having time-saving options and this book sounds like a winner.
