Care – retroactively joining a Challenge? If you throw in a pie, I’m sure the organizers will allow it

Kim – I’m struggling with A-Z; we’ll see where I end up! Looks like you’re doing well (and smart to drop those that aren’t working … I’ll trudge along until they end).

Beth – I didn’t read ANY series this year (unless you count the 100s of Berenstain Bears I read with the kids). Congrats on completing New Authors.

Susan – but of course! That’s what the 2nds Challenge is for; thanks for the reminder.

Congrats on being able to cross another challenge off your list. I am on track to finish all of the ones still on my sidebar. I just dumped the Everything Austen one as I knew I was not going to get to it. I have finished 17 out of 24. For 2010 I have joined the Awesome Author challenge, and am hoping Book Awards #4 is still going to happen. I have my books all picked out for it already! I am also hoping that the A-Z challenge will be offered as well as What’s in a Name! Last night I joined a quick little Christmas reading challenge which should be fun as I have a little collection of Christmas books I never seem to get around to reading.

CONGRATS on finishing! I didn’t sign up for this one but I wish I did because it looks like an easy one to do looking back in time. if that makes any sense. still too early in the morning after hosting a party… I do love a challenge I can just see if what I DID already read would qualify and then declare myself a completer.

Sandy – I like the look of that 1% well-read challenge, too. Yes, I’m doing #shelf-discovery and #unbound. Oh, yeah, and joining NaNoWriMo … more about that little slice of insanity tomorrow!

lilly – I’m still 28 books away from the 100+ challenge … congrats on being on target to finish it!

Julie – absolutely! I’ll be posting about #shelf-discovery this weekend.

Kathy – which challenge are you contemplating? I’m not upset about those I don’t finish – it tells me that I have to be more selective in those I do attempt (make sure they’re a good fit and I’m enthusiastic about them)
