Day 11 of NaNoWriMo: If I want to WIN the challenge by completing a 50,000 word novel (ha!) by midnight on November 30, I have to write an average of 1667 words a day. That means I should have …. 18,337 words written by the end of the day today – yikes! As of this morning, I’m at …. 16,251 …. below the projected average. So, I have some work to do!
My 7-year-old helper offered to make a vlog with a few tips (her words) for me and other NaNo participants who are trying to do all those words for the month of November (her words again). I took her up on it, so I took the day off blogging:

Looks like your family has two writers in it. Your daughter already knows things many adults do not. Good job there Mom. She’s a real sweetheart. Thank her for being brave in front of the camera.
