I am a HUGE fan of The Girl Effect as well. As the mother of an adopted Ethiopian daughter, these issues ring very true to my heart. If more was done for the women in the world, our daughters birth mother may have been able to keep her baby instead of giving her up. Blessings for us, but so sad for her.
