I admit to being a huge Van Gogh fan…Starry Night being my favorite. In fact, both my laptop and my iPod are skinned with that painting!

I literally just finished reading The Swan Thieves last night and kept waking up during the night with parts of the book still in my head. It is a book to savor, while you are reading it and afterwards as well. I would love to have the audio book to listen to to be able to experience the book in a new way. Am I getting obsessive? Van Gogh is one of my favorite artists and the one I thought of while reading this book. He certainly fits the obsessive artist role.

I think my favorite artist is Burne-Jones, but I am a fan of all the pre-Raphaelites – I am hoping to go to Montreal this weekend to see a Waterhouse exhibit.
