We had firefighters come to the house this week, instead of UPS! My book intake was low, but there’s something to be said for that old adage “slow and steady wins the race;” I’m racing against myself to shorten my TBR stack!
Bloomsbury USA sent me this gorgeous hardcover of Vivian Swift’s When Wanderers Cease to [...] I’m happy to see Friday rolling around this week! That nasty conjunctivitis/virus that has been working its way through my house the past two weeks finally hit me Four family members down, two to go … although I’m hoping my husband and LW12 will be spared! I wasn’t able to get out for [...] Oh, I have some good finds to share with you this week! First up is a small but wonderful stack of books I picked up at a church Fall Festival this weekend. I exercised great restraint, and at 50 cents a book, got these for less than the price of my Starbucks chai latte:
